Freeland's second-annual Harborside Parade is ready to march down Main street tomorrow. Join the fun and catch the Whidbey Sea-Tac Shuttle starting at 10 a.m. and head downtown. The parade will start at Newman and Scott Road and proceed down Main ending at the Skagit Farmer's Parking Lot. This year's parade promises to be larger than last year's inagural event and features Our Navy Color Guard and flyovers along with the 95 member Meridian Middle and High School Marching band. But there's still room for your organization, just sign up by April 30th. (more)...
